Our verdict
A six-hectare family estate founded in 1995 by Francesco Bertozzi and organic-certified since 2012 — small enough that its Classico regularly outdoes wineries three times its size, according to visitors who have tasted both back to back. The terrace looks over the Radda countryside from the highest municipality in Chianti Classico. No crowds, no gift shop, just Francesco and the wine.
