Our verdict

Cecchini's second table, quieter than the theatrics next door at Officina della Bistecca — a fixed, communal-table menu built entirely around the cuts of beef nobody else bothers with. It is the version for people who have already done the bistecca circus and want to see what else the man can do with a cow. Book ahead; seating is shared and limited.
